– Follow up on the latest developments in the carbon market, new regulations, and carbon pricing policies.
– Follow up on approval procedures for the registration of new carbon projects.
– Follow up and track the new regulations regarding CO2 trading and ETS and other international climate change legislation.
– Actively participate in the decarbonization roadmap to cope with the updated NDCs to reduce GHG emissions.
– Draft and implement sustainable organizational policies that address environmental, economic, and social concerns.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific field.
- Skills
- - Ability for data collection, revision, and analysis for all data related to sustainability reports. - Excellent communication skills. - High ability of self-learning and research. - Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is a must.
- Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in sustainability reporting,
