Our Story
Arabian Cement Company (ACC) is a fully integrated cement plant and a leading cement producer and seller in Egypt. The company was founded in 1997, and among the leading cement producers in Egypt. An Egyptian company dedicated to serving our customers and spare no effort in implementing the latest technologies for operations.
ACC’s two production lines are located in Suez Governorate, and produces an average of five million tons of first quality clinker and cement annually - approximately 6% of Egypt’s nominal production capacity.
The company is listed in EGX since May 2014. Over the years, ACC has achieved successfully a remarkable reputation in the Egyptian local market as well as worldwide where ACC’s products of Ordinary Portland Cement 42.5 N (OPC) and the Sulfate Resistant Cement (SRC) along with its high quality of Clinker has been exported to several countries among 4 continents. ACC achieved and maintained several certifications listed as follows
1997
Arabian Cement Company (ACC) was founded in 1997 by a group of Egyptian shareholders. ACC was established with the aim of building a cement plant with a capacity of 2.5 MTA producing grey cement for the local Egyptian market.
2004
Due to market conditions, the project was halted for a while until September 2004, when the Spanish cement group Cementos La Union, decided to invest in ACC, resuming ACC’s activities. Cementos La Union acquired the majority of shares in ACC, in order to increase its capital, bringing technical experts and advances to develop the plant.
2006
From that time forward, ACC started its path towards success. Moreover, in 2006 an important milestone was achieved by concluding a contract with the well known multinational engineering Co: FLSmidth. The contract was concluded to construct the targeted clinker Greenfield plant.
2008
In 2008, after constructing the plant, and putting together an experienced management team, ACC board of directors decided to expand the plant by developing a second production line; aiming at increasing the production capacity of the plant.
2023
Now, ACC has a production capacity of 5 million tons per year, producing high quality cement for the local and international markets.

Management Systems
Arabian Cement has established and applies a quality, safety, environmental and energy management systems, with the aim of enhancing overall business position and performance, reaching the highest level of stakeholders’ satisfaction, and continuously improving the measures of internal control.
The aforementioned management systems have been certified individually as stand-alone systems and are being audited by well-known certification bodies which are internationally accredited and have the know-how to certify a wide range of internationally recognized management systems in various sectors and industries.
The certifications were granted, after proof has been furnished that the requirements according to the relevant international standards are fulfilled.
In line with our vision and mission, we adopted and applied an integrated management system combining quality, occupational health & safety, environmental and energy management systems, that complies with the requirements of the international standards of ISO 9001:2015 – ISO 45001:2018 – ISO 14001:2015 – ISO 50001:2018 – CE 197-1:2011 (Conformité Européenne) – NF 197-1:2012 (Normes Françaises) respectively.
Beyond certification, internal and external audits are performed, along with frequent management reviews to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the implemented management systems. The results and outcomes are reported directly to the top management to take prompt decisions and actions when needed.

ARMC has been successfully certified back in 2015, after the proof has been furnished that the implemented quality management system fulfills the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Andalus Company Profile
Founded in 2010, Andalus Concrete started to prepare mixes design and to make trials for production, at the end of April 2010 Andalus Ready Mix Concrete started to produce concrete for New Giza project.
Andalus Ready Mix Concrete became part of Arabian Cement Company, using its brand Al Mosalah as its main component.
During 2012, Andalus established its Sales Department to increase its production volume in 6th of October market in addition to New Giza Project.
Andalus produced over 30000 m3 of concrete for more than 40 customers outside New Giza project during 2012 compared to 4000 m3 in 2011.

Evolve Investments & Projects Management is a company founded under the umbrella of Arabian Cement Company of Egypt (EGX ARCC) in early 2016 with the objective of taking a step further in the supply chain in order to guarantee the supply of high grade Alternative Fuels to the cement industry.
Evolve thrives to become one of the main players in the Waste Management industry and seeks to secure varied waste sources ranging from Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), Industrial Waste and Agricultural Waste. By building strong and long-lasting bonds with the waste producers in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Evolve will hold a strong position in the market as a trust-worthy partner for the safe disposal of waste.
We also participate in consultancy services to local authorities with the objective of developing the waste management system in a way that more and more players are motivated to take advantage of the many opportunities found in this field.
